Type scale consolidation — morpheus.html

Response to the design-channel audit: the mock rendered 14 unique sizes with the 14px body token in 4th place. Every off-scale size is now mapped onto the 8-step Morpheus scale, and genuine body copy moved from the 13px small-body token up to 14px body. Shipped in prototypes PR #262 — drag it live in the side-by-side compare.
